Obituary for SallyAnne Caranfa

SallyAnne Caranfa (nee Hawley), died on July 16, 2018. Born and raised in Philadelphia, SallyAnne lived in West Deptford over 47 years. She retired from Alside Building Supply. SallyAnne was an active member of the "New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs of GFWC” where she was the Girls Career Institute Director (GCI), District Vice President of the Garden District,
Home Life Chairman and Middle Atlantic Region President's Assistant.
She was predeceased in 2016 by her husband of 47 years, Richard Caranfa and her brother John (Patricia) Hawley. Survived by her niece PattyAnn (William) Mayhew, nephew David (Barbara) Hawley, great nephews Billy Mayhew, John Hawley and Jimmy Hawley and five grandchildren.
Friends may greet the family on Monday, July 23, 2018 after 10:30am. Memorial service will be at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Girl's Career Institute (GCI), NJSFWC Headquarters, 55 Labor Center Way, New Brunswick NJ 08901 or Wounded Warrior's Project, P.O.
