Dorothy Helen Stewart the daughter of the late Robert L and Dorothy Helen (Brozovic) DeTurk,was born on June 23, 1949 in Woodbury New Jersey. She departed this life peacefully surrounded by her family on January 2, 2018.

After graduating Woodbury High School She then married the love of her life in November of 1967, Where they resided in Deptford. She later earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree at Glassboro State College while attending Washington twp night School receiving a certificate in tailoring. She worked for Rowan University supervising the Bursar's Office where she retired in 2006. Dottie and Sage enjoyed traveling around the world creating memories and new adventures with family and friends. Dottie was always there to lend a helping hand in anyone in need. She served as the treasure for the Gloucester County Children’s Choir and was an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Woodbury

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Sagamore, daughter Kia (Darrin) Bundy and her children Tory, Darrin Jr., Arrin, Tarryn and Kari’ great granddaughter Malynna Krystal Stewart and her children Kymir, Kieran, Reggie and Roman, sister Patsy Schneider

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday at 11am in Christ Episcopal Church, 62 Delaware St, Woodbury, NJ. Burial will follow in the church rose garden. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Gloucester County Children's Choir, PO Box 254, Woodbury, NJ 08096 or Christ Episcopal Church Building Fund.

The family would be honored if you would join them at 1pm, after the service and interment, for the repast in Helping Hand Fire Company, 86 Fisher Ave, Westville, NJ 08093.
